Having a hard smokey start issues? Wondering why your fuel economy is getting worse or just looking for some extra power and engine efficiency? BD Diesel’s has all your needs covered with our complete injectors and injector nozzles program.

 

We offer OEM replacements for stock power, 50 horsepower for performance and fuel economy gains, right up to 150 horsepower for maximum performance or race use.

For those with some basic fuel injector know-how, we have available an optional, unique removal and installation tool for our common rail injector nozzle kits making it possible to change the nozzles yourself. 

 

If you are unsure of the condition of your injectors before you upgrade, no problem! Have them sent to BD Diesel for testing - we are fully equipped and certified to test and rebuild all injection systems and can even flow match your Common Rail injectors for smooth efficient combustion.  

 

BD Diesel is one of only a few shops with the capability, the know-how and equipment to fully test and rebuild common rail injectors including CP3’s high pressure pumps (see injection pumps for more details)
