BD’s high-velocity exhaust manifold design prevents cracking and maintains exhaust temperature and velocity to drive the turbocharger. The Stainless Steel reflective heat properties hold the heat within for increased velocity compared to ductile iron castings. The T3 turbo flange assists in velocity and can be adapted to a T4 mount with a BD Turbine Diverter valve or a simple adapter plate.

BD’s Stainless Steel manifolds withstand temperatures in excess of 2000°f without cracking or warping. Once heated, these manifolds turn a Gold color. Optional manifold gaskets available.
