Does your 0.80 or 0.90 A/R turbine housing spool your turbo but result in high back pressure, EGT’s and turbo over speed causing wheel explosion or choking your engine.

Spool your turbo quicker by closing one volute on the turbine housing, directing all the exhaust gas energy through the one volute, spinning the turbine wheel up to speed. The Turbine Diverter Valve internal spring gradually starts to open around 12 psi and is fully opened at 22 psi when there is enough energy to spin the turbo to high pressures.

 

 

TDV Configured to adapt T3-to-T4 and T4-to-T4 turbo mounts. No adjustments are required to the turbo but modifications to the piping may be necessary to accommodate the TDV. The TDV fits on many applications and new brackets will soon be available for different mounting options.
