BD’s Turbo Thruster II for Ford 1994‐2003 7.3L Powerstrokes provide up to 40% increase in airflow with no compressor surging or choked‐off turbine flow.
The Turbo Thruster II features a Hot Isostatic Pressed compressor wheel with a 66mm inducer and 88mm exducer that can handle high wheel speeds and boost pressures plus a large 1.0 A/R turbine housing that can handle higher exhaust pressures.
Designed as a direct, bolt‐in replacement, these units have superior pressure ratios, provide cooler EGT’s, improves spool up time and is capable of developing up to 36psi of boost pressure with BD’s exclusive Heavy Duty Waste Gate with Turn Buckle adjustment.
Borgwarner Turbosystems has created a new "EFR" (Engineered For Racing) turbocharger program for racing applications. EFR turbochargers will provide improved drivability and low-end throttle response compared to current OEM turbochargers. They include features to minimize add-on's and installation headaches.
Spooling up a larger single race turbocharger at extreme power levels to develop adequate launching boost pressures is often difficult. Now twin volute turbine housings with a T4 mounting pad can bolt up the Track Master Turbine Diverter Valve to direct exhaust pressure into one volute - letting the rotating assembly spool up to launch boost pressure quickly and easily.
The Track Master Turbine Diverter Valve comes in two turbine housing to exhaust manifold configurations, T4/T4 or T4/T3.
Designed for 1994-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins trucks, BD’s Super B Single Turbo kits support modified applications making 250-425 RWHP. Featuring Borgwarner’s unique Extended Tip compressor wheel technology with low inertia, full-floating journal bearings, these turbos utilize BD’s unique dual-volute turbine housing that improves turbine response. Included is a heavy-duty adjustable wastegate actuator and turnbuckle that prevents premature opening caused by high exhaust pressure. The Super B Singleoffers quick spool-up, cooler EGT’s, no surging and can easily be upgraded to a twin system for more power. Kit includes down pipe or adapter, clamps and installation hardware. Polished housing kits are also available!
Nothing can put an end to a quarter mile pass or hill climb faster than a turbo hose that blows off.Now you can eliminate this problem with BD’s hose and clamp kits.Eye-catching blue Nomex silicone hoses can withstand over 100 psi of boost and are secured by rugged, spring-loaded stainless steel T-bar clamps.
Engineered for each individual application, BD hose and clamp kits are a must for any modified turbo diesel. Kits are available for Dodge 5.9L Cummins 1994-2007 and Ford 7.3L/6.0L Powerstroke 1999½-2007 trucks.
BD’s Steering Box Stabilizer (SBS) eliminates steering wander and wobble caused by excessive shaft play in the steering box of late-model Dodge trucks. Designed for easy, bolt-in installation in about an hour, the SBS virtually eliminates frame flex at the steering box mounting point, resulting in more positive steering feel.
The BD SBS is silver vein powder coated for corrosion resistance, and features a greaseable, high-quality bearing for reliable operation. Comes complete with high strength mounting hardware and instructions. Kits are available for 1994-2002 1500/2500/3500 2 & 4WD and 2003-2010 4WD models.

Stop exhaust manifold cracks and flow restrictions in their tracks with BD’s Exhaust Manifolds for the Dodge-Cummins and Chevy-Duramax. Our Dodge manifolds feature expansion joints that allow the manifold to expand and contract without cracking or exhaust leaks. These manifolds are “pulse tuned” to assist in combustion chamber evacuation and increased exhaust flow resulting in quicker turbo spool-up, reduced backpressure, increased power and better fuel economy.
The factory driver’s side manifold on the Chevy Duramax is pinched down to allow for steering shaft clearance, which actually isn’t required. As a result, this manifold only flows 80% of the passenger side. BD’s Full Bore exhaust manifold restores exhaust flow balance, improving power and reduces EGT’s.
Made from high-silicon ductile iron, BD’s Exhaust Manifolds are a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold and are even drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes. Most applications include fasteners and washers to prevent lost or loose manifold bolts and gaskets are available separately.

Not all multidisc converters are created equal, and with BD’s new Dodge Triple Torque Force, less is more. Its one piece cover prevents warping and leakage, engineered dampener for better balancing, softer engagement, tighter tolerances and self-centering clutch teeth design for proper alignment and less friction wear resulting in a longer converter life cycle and firmer drivability. Further enhancements reduce overall weight of our torque converter by 12lbs compared to our competitors - thus resulting in better fuel economy, less wear and tear, and, overall superior customer satisfaction. Available for 1994-2007 Dodge 5.9L diesel pick-ups with automatic transmissions.
When you need an emergency engine shutdown system, BD has the solution that is hard to PASs up. Some industries such as mining, oil refinery, forestry, mobile welding, septic removal and refueling require (by law) for some vehicles to have an emergency engine shutdown in place. The most effective method for this is to cut the air supply to the Diesel engine, ensuring fuel ignition to cease. With BD's Positive Air Shutdown (PAS), an inline butterfly valve is placed in the air intake line and when activated by its heavy duty electrical solenoid, the engine will shutdown within seconds.
Standard applications include over-speed electronics and CAC pipes included for some vehicles. The PAS butterfly valve design reduces the number of parts and the overall size as compared to competitive units. Aluminum and stainless components plus weatherproof electrical connectors are used to prevent corrosion. Easy installation with no welding needed for hose retaining beads by utilizing innovative bead boot locks.
Available for 1998-2010 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins, 1999½-2011 Ford 6.0L/6.4L/6.7L PowerStroke, and 2001-2008 Chevy 6.6L Duramax applications.
BD’s Turbo Thruster upgrade kit for the 2003-2007 6.0L Power Stroke delivers the kind of power late-model Ford truck owners have been looking for! Featuring extended tip technology, double-port adjustable waste gate and shrouded housing, this turbo delivers quick response with strong mid and top-end power. This newly designed kit now incorporates BD’s Turbine Diverter Valve that utilizes just one or both turbine throats to maintain turbo wheel speed and high boost level under load to overcome pressure drop associated with the EGR. This not only allows for quicker spool ups but also prevents that fall-on-your-face feeling when accelerating while cruising.
You may not know it, but the factory driver’s side exhaust manifold is pinched down to allow for steering shaft clearance, which actually isn’t required. As a result, this manifold only flows 80% of the passenger side. BD’s Full Bore exhaust manifold restores exhaust flow balance, improving power and reducing EGT. Made from high silicon ductile iron, the Full Bore is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold and is even drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes.
